This post is from Heather. A.J. asked me to give an update on things from my perspective.
The wedding is a little over four months away! I am very excited for A.J. and Chrissy. I know they are both very busy planning their wedding and their life together.
Chrissy has received the bridesmaid dresses. She loves them! I am excited to see mine and try it on. Before you know it, it will be the day that I wear it for their wedding. How exciting!
I am busy here thinking and planning Chrissy's bridal shower here in Virginia. The bridal shower is March 14, 2009, at our church. I am excited about it. I am trying to make it a very special day for Chrissy and her mother. I want Chrissy to feel welcomed into the Pregony family and into our church family. Pray that it all goes well with the bridal shower and their wedding as time draws near.

An Update from Chrissy!
Hello family and friends, it has been a long time since my last update on wedding plans! Things are progressing well and we are down to 4 months. A.J. and I have been distracted with a possible house and Lord willing the upcoming inspection will go well. I was able to walk through the house this past weekend! It is very cute and it is an exciting time for us. Please pray for A.J.and I as we continue to finish the planning of our wedding and the Lord's leading concerning the house.

Happy New Year
Hi Family and Friends,
As we look back to the year 2008, the Lord has blessed Chrissy and I tremendously. And as we look forward in the year 2009, there is a lot for Chrissy and I to look forward to.
On June 6, 2009, Chrissy and I will become husband and wife. We are going to admit it, we are both in a countdown mode and are both getting excited to what the Lord has for us.
But as we look back in the year 2008, we are thankful for many things. We are thankful for the Lord bringing us together; for our family and friends; for our safety and health, and for our jobs. We are greatly thankful for God's love, mercy, and His faithfulness.
But now it is 2009, and there is a lot to do in next five months. The pace is going to pick up and these next five months is going to feel like five weeks. Chrissy is still putting the wedding plans together, and it is all coming into place. AJ is continuing to work on our future home and putting together the honeymoon. That is just few of the things to do.
Update on the House:
The seller did not accept our orginal bid of $105k, so Chrissy and I decided to put in another bid of $116k. Please pray that God's will be done. Chrissy and I know that God is in control and that He knows our future and what is best for us.
Please continue to keep us in prayer.
